Ladies..............BAD POSTURE CAN MAKE YOU LOOK OLDER THAN YOU ARE!

When you are slumped over, hunched over or not standing straight it can add years to your appearance!

For some women larger breasts can be the cause of back pain and poor posture.

It is therefore extremely important to make sure you wear a well fitting bra that gives you maximum support.

For women, the more rounded the shoulders the more the breasts may sag. Any woman, no matter what her age, can help reduce the sag in her breasts by nearly 50% by simply standing TALL!  (Reference International Chiropractic Association)

Some women have found that wearing a Perfect Posture back support has helped to alleviate the back pain caused by having larger breasts. It has given them more support in the shoulders and back which they don't get from wearing a normal bra. Did you know that from 40 onwards we lose about 1/2"  (1.2cm) in height every decade!
Some of that loss is due to bone shrinkage and some to osteoporosis, but as much as 70% could be due to
BAD POSTURE!
So stop slouching, hold your head up, tuck your bottom under and pull in those abdominals, now!

High heel shoes may make your legs look slimmer and add height, BUT wearing them constantly will shorten your
calf muscles and throw you off balance.  Take a break and wear flat shoes a few days a week.

Even your handbag could be affecting your posture!
A heavy bag hanging off your shoulder makes you look lopsided and causes tension in the neck.
Either use a rucksack to balance the weight evenly or use a smaller handbag and carry your bag in your hand.

Having a GOOD posture makes you LOOK and FEEL:
HEALTHIER
YOUTHFUL
CONFIDENT
TALLER
SLIMMER

and it's never too late to start, you can make improvements at any age!

Adopting a healthy lifestyle with regular exercise, a balanced diet, good sleep and practising Yoga or Pilates will help improve and maintain a healthy posture.
