Shipping Info

We aim to dispatch all orders the same day or within 24 hours, we will contact you if an item is temporarily out of stock.

All UK orders will be sent RECORDED DELIVERY with Royal Mail and a signature will be required.

All Overseas orders will be sent either Royal Mail International Sign For Service or Air Sure depending on the service available to the country.

Our Returns Policy

  • If you decide the item is unsuitable or you need to exchange the size then you have 14 days in which to return the UNUSED item.
  • If the item has a manufacturing fault then you must return the item within 14 days for an exchange or refund.
  • Items that have been damaged through incorrect use will not be covered under the 14 day money back guarantee.

When you try the posture support on for the first time we strongly advise you to try on the posture support over an item of clothing with a sleeve, so that the support is kept clean and doesn’t touch the skin.

Please follow the steps below to prevent unnecessary delays:

  • Do not remove the label from the item.
  • The straps must be clean and not creased or tangled.
  • We will not refund any item that has been worn, i.e. the straps are creased or dirty.
  • Please make sure you return the item with the original packaging and your invoice.
  • Please give clear instructions if you require an exchange or a refund and provide a contact telephone number.

Perfect Posture UK will not take responsibility for any items returned by the customer that become lost or delayed in the post.

We do not refund postage & packaging costs unless we have made a mistake and sent you the incorrect size or colour.
